Resumen
Currently the world is immersed in a constant transformation driven by technological advancement and social changes. In this context, education plays a fundamental role in preparing individuals to face the challenges of the 21st century. It is necessary for educational institutions to adapt and evolve, adopting pedagogical approaches that promote the development of skills and competencies in line with current demands. The present research focuses on the exploration of the relationship between the intelligent organizations approach and its possible application in the teaching of school social sciences. It seeks to investigate how the principles and disciplines of intelligent organizations can contribute to transforming the way in which social sciences are taught in schools, in order to respond effectively to the educational needs of the 21st century. To this end, this document is structured into six chapters, each one addressing key aspects of the research process. The first chapter presents the formulation of the research, which includes the statement of the problem, the research question, the objectives and the justification that support the subsequent process. In the second chapter, a characterization of the background that includes the state of knowledge is carried out, from research on organizational learning, which gave rise to studies of intelligent organizations, research on organizational models and those applied in educational settings and school contexts in Colombia. The third chapter contains a theoretical framework referring to two themes, which are intelligent organizations and the teaching of school social sciences; the first theme covers the main postulates of the theory of intelligent organizations, their disciplines and the aspects that make up organizational models. The second theme contains the contextualization of the teaching of school social sciences in Colombia. The fourth chapter addresses the methodological framework based on the foundation of the qualitative research approach, the action research design, the data collection techniques (semi-structured interview, documentary analysis, interview with experts) and the strategies for the analysis of data (global analysis and qualitative content analysis). Subsequently, the methodological route is presented based on the development of three stages associated with the specific objectives. In the fifth chapter, the analysis of the results is developed from the characterization of the organizational model of the educational institution where the pedagogical proposal, the area and the subject of Social Sciences was implemented; said catheterization addresses the organizational aspects that frame the model (organizational structure , organizational culture, leadership, technology and information systems, learning and development and community relations). Subsequently, the analysis of the second stage is presented, linked to the objective of design and implementation of the pedagogical strategy, which arises from the systematization of the interview with the expert and his recommendations for the development of the pedagogical proposal that applies the disciplines of intelligent organizations to the teaching of Social Sciences. In a final section of this chapter, the systematization of the results of the pedagogical strategy from the review of the grades obtained by the students, the development of the learning guides and the instrument designed for the Finally, the conclusions reached by this research are presented, answering the question and evaluating the formulated objectives. The sixth chapter presents the conclusions, the contributions of the theory of intelligent organizations to the teaching of Social Sciences and to the field of communication and Education. In this way, it clarifies and closes the process that was carried out, presents the synthesis of the analyzes obtained and specifies the link or contribution of the results within the framework of the master's degree. Global evaluation of the strategy; all of this converges in the theoretical and practical contributions of the theory of intelligent organizations to the teaching of school social sciences.
