Apoyo a la Concesión Alto Magdalena en la Actualización de la Información Técnica, Jurídica y Valuatoria del Proceso de Adquisición de los Predios Afectados por el Proyecto de Infraestructura Vial Honda-Puerto Salgar-Girardot

Abstract

This work shows the functions that were carried out in the framework of the internship, developed in the Alto Magdalena Award, in the office located in Honda-Tolima in the internal working Group of Management predial. This internship was given by the necessity of the high Magdalena award to reinforce the load on the Olympus platform of the technical, legal information, Valuatoria and other documentation generated by the technical and legal personnel in the process of acquiring the projects affected by the road infrastructure project Honda-Puerto Salgar-Girardot, all this in order to provide the Alto Magdalena Award and the National Infrastructure Agency ANI with an updated database and reliable of Predial Management. Throughout the document it explains the operation and structure of the Olympus platform, as well as the problems and restrictions that it has when it comes to loading the information, and delays the process of updating the Olympus database. Finally, the results of the Predial management information that were entered into the system throughout the internship are presented and which respond to the main objective of analyzing, to verify and to update in a timely and efficient way all the juridical, technical and valuatoria information of the process of acquisition of the projects affected by the project of road infrastructure Honda-Puerto Salgar-Girardot.
