Resumen
Currently, in Colombia for a transaction to be reflected in the beneficiary's bank account, the process can take several hours or even days depending on the existing service agreements between financial entities, to cover this problem the Colombian financial sector has been carrying out a series of regulatory improvements to implement immediate transfers between different banks supervised and regulated by the Financial Superintendency of Colombia, including Companies Specialized in Electronic Deposit and Payments, therefore ACH creates a whole platform to generate immediate transfers which focus on improve the transaction time and only the beneficiary's cell phone number must be known, for this reason the need arises for financial entities that want to gain this part of the market and operate on this new platform, have an infrastructure capable of ensure high availability and a reduced operating cost, which allows it to generate almost instantaneous confirmations, likewise the recent global public health situation (COVID-19) shows that there are deficiencies in making banking services available to the entire public, regardless of which entity financial company belongs, that is why it is necessary to implement new banking processes that allow all people and institutions to carry out this type of process virtually, minimizing the need to interact in person. Starting from this business problem, this document provides a solution to this problem, implementing a new option based on Cloud technologies that optimizes transactional processes using the TransfiYa service developed by ACH.
