Resumen
In the case of “Los Angeles” preschool, after some observations, we realized that there were some students who were very rude and violent to others; besides, the same students had academic difficulties because they had never gone to any institution before. Therefore, the main purpose of this pedagogical implementation was to promote the development of social values and the academic improvement through cooperative work. For us it was important that the students could interact more in order to know each other better, for that reason cooperative learning model by Johnson, R. and Johnson, D., (1991) was the main strategy implemented by the teachers. At the end of the process, (through observations and surveys) we realized that students were able to solve difficult situations and their relationships improved meaningfully. Furthermore, most of them had better academic results and teachers from the institution started to implement the CL model.
