Resumen
Strategic planning has become the essential tool of business management that allows to implement specific mechanisms to optimize the management of companies, improving their results.
This project is the analysis of the theory of strategic planning and design proposal for an appropriate management organization within the new micro manufacturing PAIMEY SAS, established just a year ago before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá . The company is family order where working people who provide knowledge and skills, however, this was not enough for the company to start their growth and development expected by its shareholders, which is why the internal improvement of the organization seeks through a proposal for strategic planning.
Strategic management begins with both internal and external diagnosis to analyze the source of the problem or the main problems of the company, then you must continue with the establishment of the mission, vision, values and business goals with the help of some tools whose theoretical basis for the creation of these. Followed the above organizational structural design was carried out, thus defining a map of overall business processes, flowcharts for the design and production of major products, the creation of an organization having as characteristic nesting charges additionally also the description of the job profiles and description of each area within the organization were performed in order to determine the responsibilities and functions. Finally, the formulation of strategies and action plans that will be created key piece for the growth and strengthening of the organization was proposed.
