Resumen
Educational institutions are founded on Standards and requirements approved by the Ministry of National Education (MEN) for the correct function, in the same time looking for achieving a Quality Education Certification. Nowadays the Educational institutions that are certified in quality principally have been evaluated in the infrastructure, local conditions, areas, leaving in another place the Academic Quality. The principal goal of this project is Provide to our country a good education system in institutions of the early child education and the first Step to obtain that is standardize criteria that lead to improve the Academic Performance. In another hand is really important that those educative institutions maintain the Pedagogic, cognitive, didactic, emotional and learning processes like a tool to serve as a source of information and complement the work developed in all institutions seeking certification in Quality.
