Resumen
This report presents the internship experience in the "Tutoring Program for Learning and Integral Formation" (PTAFI), promoted by the Ministry of National Education (MEN) and the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI). The internship was carried out in a rural school with the objective of reducing learning gaps among students by strengthening their reading comprehension and mathematical thinking skills. During the intervention, activities such as contextualized problem-solving, reading workshops, and artistic representations were implemented. Additionally, spaces for dialogue on students' socio-emotional well-being were created, fostering a safe learning environment. The experience highlighted the importance of adapting pedagogical strategies to the sociocultural context and promoting integral education as a tool for transformation. The report concludes with a reflection on the relevance of interdisciplinary work and the positive impact of these initiatives on vulnerable communities. It emphasizes the need for educational spaces that integrate academic, emotional, and social development for students.
