Abstract

This document describes the implementation of a component of Project “Adjustment and Updating System Integrated Management Distrital University”, under the operating model for processes with which the university has to comply with corporate goals and legal and regulatory requirements ongoing. By construction, adjustment and validation of indicators, risk maps and associated documents with emphasis on the processes of management of physical infrastructure, legal management and contractual management, and support for additional processes, supported by the theoretical - practical development of different activities made with each of the promoters, managers and process leaders allocated in support and guidance of the Advisory Office of Planning and Control of the Distrital University.
