Abstract

The purpose of this degree work is to present the reader with the minimum tools that the correct planning and execution of commercial projects must contain according to the parameters established by the PMBOK guide in its 6th edition. The development of the document presents a comparative analysis between the groups of processes that make up the knowledge areas of integration, scope, schedule, costs and stakeholders in the planning and execution stages. This was applied to the case study of a commercial building in the northern area of ​​the city of Bogotá, which gives us different parameters and recommendations that will help different companies to have better results and direct in an organized and correct way. the projects to be executed.
