Resumen
Segregation is an educational, community and social aspect, which involves all of us, for the city of Bogotá have established policies and rules, which seek to reduce the problem and its future consequences, so that has developed the Development Plan Bogota Humana (2012 - 2016), which is the product of a direct democratic exercise and citizen participation, which is comprised of three (3) axes: the first overcome social segregation, the second adapt the city to the phenomenon of climate change and the third defense of the public (Development Plan Bogota Humana, 2012), but such measures, policies, strategies and programs are adequate and effective to prevent or counteract the phenomenon of social segregation and things, this work research, seeks to investigate a representative sample of the Center for Citizenship Children Cradling "Barquito de Casca Nut" located in the town 12 - Barrios Unidos of Bogotá - Colombia, which is regulated by the Ministry of Social Integration, under the rules and guidelines of the Human Development Plan Bogota (2012-2016) ..
