3gvs Ingenieria S.A.S is a company dedicated for 4 years to the conduction of engineering projects, commissioning, technical advice, electromechanical desing, manipulation of high and low voltage cells, installation of ducted medium voltage busbars and wiring among others. This company keeps a high level of services and has qualified personnel to bring its services out with potential clients as well as Eaton Industries Colombia S.A.S, Legrand Colombia S.A, companies from the electric sector and others like Alpina, Fundación Santafé, Agencia Logística de Las Fuerzas Militares among others. The work of 3GVS Ingeniería SAS is affected by the competition of other companies which currently have their management systems integrated, reason why 3GVS is evaluating the possibility to be certified so to be more competitive in the market, what depends on being committed with the changes and the actualization regarding the current ordinances that affect the company´s performance, as well as the search of the company’s improvement through the implementation of the quality management system under the standards ISO 9001: 2015. This proposal is made aiming the 3GVS Ingeniería SAS expectations, which is to become a nationally recognized company to be place as a beacon for others, to do so it must have a broad knowledge of the standards it has to reach to increase its chances to acquire more clients and a quality assurance; as a consequence becoming a recognized and more competitive company augmenting its profitability, aim of all companies. This proposal also works for future implementations in other companies, and for those that are in growing process that can find in it ideas to conduct the continuous improvement to contribute to their competitiveness and profitability. To execute this document, a complete study of the standard was carried out, the importance of each numeral of ISO 9001: 2015 was analyzed for senior management, the DOFA matrix (weaknesses, opportunities, strengths, and threats) was made to identify failures and points in favor, and some necessary documentation was made to carry out an implementation of the quality management system in the company.
