Abstract

Through this degree work, the aim is to establish a strategy, which is titled "Beautification with Color" in which the Mayor's Office of Bogotá grants, through the District Secretariat of Habitat, to intervene in urban environments directly on the housing facades of strata 1 and 2, generating community participation in the maintenance of common areas and the environments where they reside. However, an important deficiency is assessed for its execution and is based on the lack of specific manuals and guides that regulate the supervision and quality control of activities. Situation that could compromise the effectiveness and sustainability of future projects is why it is intended to establish a supervision and audit method that involves clear standards of quality and review.
