Diseño de un plan de inspecciones predictivas a equipos rotativos de las atracciones mecánicas del Parque Mundo Aventura basado en el análisis de vibraciones según ISO 10816-3

Abstract

Corparques, as a subsidiary of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, is a non-profit entity created in 1995 with the vision of offering sustainable solutions for entertainment through projects that generate social well-being and improve the quality of life of the community of Bogotá and its surroundings. The corporation currently owns and operates the Mundo Aventura amusement park, where it has a group of professionals in different specialties, participants in different entertainment projects, from its management, operation, diagnostic development of operational and maintenance problems thanks to the technical capacity and operational in areas of theming, lighting projects, mechanical attractions and entertainment developments. The Engineering and technical advisory area is responsible for establishing the guidelines of the maintenance management process with its sole purpose of generating safety standards in the attractions under international standards and current laws of the country in order to have the assets in operation, ensuring the processes of acquisition, registration, control and disposal of an asset. As well as the creation, implementation and verification of procedures for any operational or administrative process in the area, under the RCM maintenance strategy based on reliability, answers the 7 basic questions for the analysis of the park's equipment, recognizing failures, their causes and consequences.,categorizing each failure according to its level of risk and creating reliability tables and modal analysis of failures and effects, supported by predictive inspections by vibration analysis and infrared thermography with existing equipment and resources in the park and lubrication analysis by third parties with the end of general checklists for inspections, major maintenance, lubrication routines and manuals for the certification of operators and maintenance personnel of the corporation. The proposal for the design of the predictive inspection plan for the rotating equipment of the Mundo Aventura amusement park by vibration analysis according to ISO 10816-3 standard, manages to identify the assets that are applicable for the analysis of the non-invasive technique under national laws and standards. international, guaranteeing the monitoring of optimal working conditions, through procedures and resources that allow preventive actions against possible failure modes and decision making, increasing reliability, availability, impacting the MTBF, MTTR indicators and the greater objective the operational safety of the attractions of the corporation's asset portfolio supported by experience, manufacturer manuals, failure reports and failure analysis for each asset.
