Procesamiento digital de imágenes aplicado a la formación catastral de asentamientos informales en proceso de legalización, caso de estudio Municipio Sabana de Torres, Departamento de Santander, Colombia.

Abstract

Digital image processing is an optimal and efficient tool when carrying out information acquisition processes, thus, in this document by means of spatial analysis, through: remote sensing, image fusion (Brovey and Multiplication Method) and management of spectral indices (NDVI, SAVI, DVI, MSAVI2 and BI2) for WorldView 3 and PlanetScope satellites; first level information is acquired regarding the cadastral formation process; focused on the primary detection of constructions located in two informal settlements in the north of the municipality of Sabana de Torres in the department of Santander, Colombia. The above, arises from the need to optimize the cadastral processes through indirect methods, all under the light of the multipurpose cadastre, so at the time of initiating the cadastral training process this will not start from scratch but will have an information base, consisting of: Raster and Vector outputs, which will make the field process more efficient and optimal.
