Resumen
The present degree work consolidates the results obtained by the characterization process of the teacher and student mobility process in the Environmental Administration curricular project within the framework of the high quality Re-accreditation process, with special emphasis on the evaluation factor number 7 " interaction with the national and international environment". As part of this, a general characterization of the process was carried out using primary information sources consolidated by the curricular project and the CERI, and in order to establish the communication plan, surveys were carried out on active undergraduate students, students who were part of the mobility and permanent teachers. As a main result, it will be identified that the curricular project must constantly work on assertive communication to avoid confusion between students and the teaching staff, in order to reduce this situation, audiovisual tools such as infographics, flowcharts and presentations that can be Socialized or disseminated through the project's website, physically in the offices or by email.
