Given the need to adjust the processes carried out at the District University Francisco José de Caldas, the process operation model was updated with the help of the SIGUD team and the group of industrial engineering interns from the same university; for this specific project we worked with all the documentation belonging to the process of Management of Information Systems and Telecommunications, a process that has three managers that are the Oficina Asesora de Sistemas, the Red de Datos UDNET and Red de Investigaciones en Tecnología Avanzada and whose leader is the Rector. In order to carry out this update, meetings were held with the TIC work table, which was set up with the quality managers in each of the management offices and with which it was possible to update, eliminate and elaborate all the necessary documentation In order for the process to meet certain operating requirements, in addition to this, the base information was collected for the study of workloads in the university, this study was carried out with a total of eighty workers from the management offices with meetings of approximately two hours per person were scheduled to gather said information. For the final stage of the project, the indicators and an integral map of risks were updated. For this update, the work with the already established work table was maintained and, in the same way, this last phase of the project was carried out, resulting in the creation of more indicators and updating of the risk map where risks that no longer affected the operation of the process were eliminated and information about quality risks and corruption risks was added.
