Resumen
ERP System implementation is nowadays becoming more prevalent, however there are still multiple barriers not allowing a wider diffusion of it inside the business sector, associated to the paradigms found with ERP implementation failures and high costs. For the above-mentioned reason, this descriptive research aims to establish what exactly is a failed case within an ERP implementation, which are the associated factors , what intervention can be carried out from change management and how the project can become measurable, with the goal of strengthening the company’s so that they have a new vision for overseeing and control of the project, once they take the decision to implement the ERP System in their companies, reaching to increase the successful cases.
