Abstract

The paper presents a structured approach to ensure quality in the maintenance of masonry facades, green facades and asphalt slab roofs. It aims to investigate maintenance methods that ensure the durability and aesthetics of these elements, addressing the main difficulties associated with their maintenance. Monitoring and control criteria are proposed during the execution of maintenance projects, using technological tools, and a tool is sought to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. Adequate maintenance is crucial to ensure long-term structural and aesthetic integrity. Inspection of these elements will be carried out through a detailed assessment of pathologies, visually recording damage, classifying them according to their impact and urgency. In addition, corrective and preventive recommendations will be developed based on specialized sources. Checklists will be used to standardize inspection criteria and improve the evaluation process. Finally, a technological tool will be developed to automate data collection, facilitating real-time analysis and monitoring, which will contribute to decision-making and the prevention of structural problems.
