Plan de negocios para una solución de telemedicina orientada a facilitar la atención médica particular en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

This project focuses on the development of a business plan for a telemedicine platform in Bogotá, Colombia, with the main objective of improving access to medical care, especially for people with mobility difficulties in the city. The platform eliminates the need for physical travel to medical centers, allowing patients to receive quality medical care from the comfort of their homes. The proposal is based on a detailed PEYEA/FODA analysis, which identifies the strengths and positioning of the proposal compared to possible competitors. In addition, a thorough financial analysis has been carried out to ensure the long-term economic viability of the project. By providing easier and more convenient access to healthcare, this project not only improves the quality of life of patients, but also contributes to the economic development and well-being of the community in Bogotá.
