Resumen
The present document contains the work plan developed under the internship modality established in agreement 038 of 2015, in conjunction with the ICBF (Colombian Institute of Family Welfare), carried out with the Engativá Zonal Center. Pedagogical support was provided to community mothers based on different learnings, knowledge, and experiences obtained in the field of study. In order to achieve the established objective, a work plan was created, consisting of three phases: inquiry, implementation, and evaluation. It was divided into thirteen weeks starting from the established date to begin the internship. The following are the general aspects of the proposal regarding the performed tasks, the population context, and the work plan, which was oriented towards addressing the identified need to deepen the pedagogical reflections of the community mothers. In parallel, we conducted meaningful experiences through literature as a leading activity for early childhood, with a focus on read-aloud sessions. This allowed for an indirect but intentional involvement of children in pedagogical support with the community mothers since the relationship with the children was essential to enrich the mothers' practice. Reflections were carried out after each grouped Home-Based Care (HCB) experience, using a flexible observation and reflection instrument. As a result, an experiences blog was created, which highlights literature as a generator of experiences involving other guiding activities, learning environments, and pedagogical practices to address objectives that contribute to the comprehensive development of boys and girls, taking into account their individual needs and characteristics. Through this, we were able to understand the processes carried out with early childhood, enhancing the daily experience of community mothers and establishing professional and personal outcomes and reflections. This exercise helped strengthen concepts and experiences acquired through mediation with others, sharing knowledge, and the experience with the ICBF and the people who accompanied the process, adding knowledge and experiences, enriching one's own teaching practice, and extending to the personal and professional spheres. It emphasized the importance of reflecting on childhood and working for the benefit of children.
