Abstract

The "Fight Brothers" project aims to establish a martial arts school dedicated to teaching not only combat techniques but also the philosophy of martiality, which emphasizes self-discipline and personal growth. The school will offer training in Taekwondo and Jiu Jitsu, with future plans to expand to other martial arts. It seeks to address the misconception that martial arts are merely recreational by highlighting the rigorous preparation and mental and physical commitment they require. Additionally, it will challenge the belief that martial arts promote aggression by demonstrating their potential to reduce violence and enhance self-esteem. The initiative is designed to provide individuals with the tools to overcome personal barriers and improve their interactions with their environment.
