Diseño de un sistema de índices e indicadores de gestión para los procesos de apoyo de I & T Stefanini S.A, con énfasis en la gestión del riesgo

Abstract

The main objective of this work has been the design of a system of indexes and management indicators for the support processes of I & T Stefanini S.A, with emphasis on risk management. The work is divided into 4 phases that give meaning to what happens to improve in the company: the first phase resulted in the generation of a diagnosis for each of the indices and indicators of each area, determining that it needs an update or elimination for the rethinking thereof; in the second phase, the indicators are rethought based on the observations made, giving them a focus towards the fulfillment of the company's objectives; In the third phase, a risk mitigation strategy will be implemented, taking into account the main processes of each area and the most relevant risks for their development. finally, in the fourth phase, the information was presented, it was recorded in an act, which would go with signature by approval by the quality analyst and that would serve as evidence, support and database for future modifications.
