Caracterización e Identificación de Peligros y Valoración de Riesgos para los Trabajadores Encargados de los Cultivos de Macadamia y Gulupa en la Hacienda Misiones del Municipio el Colegio

Abstract

In the present work there was established an identification of dangers and valuation of risks in the cultures of gulupa and macadamia of the Estate Missions located in the Municipality El Colegio. The approximation to the agricultural sector and the observation of the management in safety and health in the work; they generated the interest to realize the identification and valuation, which based on the limits demanded by the Technical Colombian Guide GTC 45, the valuation and identification I realize in field, documentary consultation and application of survey sociodemographic, the different measures of intervention were established for the mentioned cultures, which will allow to open the door for the implementation of a System of Management Security and Health in the Work focused to anticipating and mitigating the occurrence of incidents / accidents and occupational diseases. Since conclusion of the present work decided that if the household tasks, estates, messes, between others do not possess a directive (identification of dangers and valuation of risks) and appropriation in the topic of the frame of the health and job safety, impedes the power to establish changes or strategies that demonstrate an efficient management in labor topics, in this case in the sector of the agriculture.
