Resumen
Efficient management of industrial maintenance is a key factor in ensuring the availability, reliability, and productivity of equipment in organizations. In this context, the use of indicators such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), Failure Rate, and Reliability, allows for valuable quantitative information to be obtained about the performance of maintenance processes. However, the accuracy and usefulness of these indicators depend directly on the quality of the data collected and the methodology used for their calculation and analysis. The purpose of this proposal is to redesign the data collection and analysis methodology for these indicators, with the goal of improving decision-making within the maintenance area. To achieve this, the development of tools that allow for structured information management is proposed, as well as the incorporation of failure analysis through the creation of an AMEF (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) document.
