Sistema de software para el diagnóstico de la patología empresarial en las Pymes

Abstract

Due to global environment its neccesary for organizations to make use of information technologies, not just from the client service perspective or its suppliers conections, but also they should be at the forefront regarding the information that is present in the environment. Thus is neccesary to create a tool or platform that allows colombian PYMES to have access to different diagnostics which allow them to know their company's status. Also ir is neccesary that the tool can offer a solution or guide so the PYMES can solve the diagnosed problems and improve their sitiation. This document makes part of the second phase of a project directed by the investigation group Arcoses, in which its proposed a software model system which fulfills that objective, as well as defines a prototype of that model which evidences the diagnostic results made in the project first phase.
