Artes de la madre tierra, construyendo nuestro huerto vertical con los niños y las niñas de los cursos 401 (2017) y 503 (2018) del I.E.D. Julio Garavito Armero J.M.

Abstract

This document is the report result of an internship realized by undergraduate students in Children’s Pedagogy during the years 2017 and half of 2018, whose general idea comes from ​​the macro project of Professor Gary Gari Muriel entitled "Arts of Mother Earth to strengthen environmental awareness in preschool and primary grade of the Julio Garavito Armero District Educational Institution" In this internship was worked in this institution with fourth and fifth grade students, emphasizing about the problems that they have brought the growth of urban areas in the country to the environment and the awareness of knowledges such as agriculture, which place to propose and develop strategies to take children of the institution to think of ways to care for the Mother Earth. This was achieved through the exploration of the arts of Mother Earth and her work in relation to the urban agriculture from the process of creating an own vertical garden, in addition, it worked the knowledge of food security through the planting of organic seeds of aromatic and medicinal plants.
