Abstract

This internship applied the monitoring methodology according to the guidelines established by the Cundinamarca Regional Autonomous Corporation (CAR) and the Directorate of Management and Territorial Planning (DGOAT) for the Management and Management Plan for the Dry River Basin and Other Direct Al Magdalena. First, the programme component of POMCA was revised and the information was analyzed in databases provided by the organization, then the project managers were recognized and the activities and their implementation schedule were socialized. Finally, a proposal of the model of impact indicators is developed where the review of the indicators proposed by the OECD in the Pressure-State-Response model is carried out, applying the Standardized Linear Weighting methodology, so the response of the baseline indicators of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development was qualified, where a first scenario was established as a basis for analysis for the production of impact indicators
