Resumen
The excessive generation of waste has become a problem of a nature due to the large consumption of products by today's society, Colombia does not is alien to this reality and Bogotá its capital city, being the largest in the country to its It is once the city that generates the most waste on a daily basis. When analyzing the figures, it is observed that the largest volume of waste is focused on a specific group of the population, the Household waste (86.93%) represents the largest proportion of the 6,300 tons of daily waste approximately generated by the city and in relation to the exploitation, it is found that only 17% of the volume generated is used. After this brief context and consequently when investigating and analyzing the causes, various factors such as misinformation regarding waste management by of citizens, the current model of toilet in the city is not adequate, In the same way, the informality and methodology in which the work of recycling in the city, make it difficult to better manage and increase the exploitation, since the lack of coordination between generators and managers due to the majority of cases to the lack of communication causes that it is delivered to the service conventional cleaning potentially usable waste that goes to the landfill Sanitary Doña Juana. In reference to the above and considering the technological advances of recent times, especially in the last year in which the access and use of Internet, opens a series of possibilities of how through these channels of communication, you can help and guide the population not only to manage their needs daily (addresses of food, medicine, clothing, transportation, payment of bills, education, among others) but it could also provide collaborative services in matter of environmental management, that is why as a result of this need to increase the waste utilization rates as well as considering the need to start to guide the population in good practices of environmental management of waste, it is intended create a mobile application called GIRApp (Comprehensive Waste Management Application) through which it is intended to offer a communication and interaction service between generators and managers, as well as offering advice and education on issues of a nature environmental management (waste classification, color coding, storage, managers responsible and information on collection points and delivery of the same in accordance with her characteristics). Therefore, as a result of this idea, the basic guidelines that support the pre-feasibility assessment of the project, as are the contextualization of the problem, analysis of alternatives, market study, administrative study, study engineering and finally a brief projection of the costs that would entail the project implementation
