Resumen
The internship project as a degree option is an initiative that, from a legal perspective, arises from the interest of two institutions: the Francisco José de Caldas District University and the District Education Secretariat, which are executing the process and inviting students in the process of completing their degree to participate as judges in the various presentations, productions, projects, experiences, open classes, and/or performances held at the "2022 School Arts Festival," based on the knowledge acquired in the various degree programs offered and other experiences to perform well at this festival. The Francisco José de Caldas District University offers students the opportunity to participate in this responsible endeavor. The Bachelor's Degree in Art Education and the Bachelor's Degree in Basic Education with an Emphasis in Art Education provide the tools and skills to carry out the proposed activities from the interdisciplinary perspective that the program embraces. This allows for the different artistic perspectives that can be evaluated in the processes with the students participating in the 2022 School Arts Festival. The festival's artistic proposals are divided into each artistic area: music, dance, theater, literature, and visual arts. Each proposal focuses on pedagogical development among students from public and private schools in the city and the faculty member in charge of the institution's artistic area. The work as a jury and participant in the festival is organized according to the three stages of the festival. This work consists of monitoring and evaluating the schools' artistic displays, using the prior knowledge and professional themes of each student from the participating university as tools for evaluation. At each stage, the Ministry of Education provides appropriate training to ensure a more organized and unified process. The first phase consists of evaluating artistic samples and experiences. The four aspects selected by the Ministry are evaluated, with an emphasis on the classroom process (creative process, communication and expression, staging, assembly, or proposed experience, contributions to reflection and construction of artistic processes in the school) on a scale of 1 to 25 points, with a total of 100 points. In this stage, work is carried out virtually, dividing the students by location, assigning each jury approximately 12 to 15 samples. Upon completion of this exercise, the next phase begins, carried out in person using the matrix and location of the schools assigned to each school to schedule the visit on a specific day and select the winners who advance to the next and final phase. For each location, only one exhibition per artistic language will be selected. In the final phase, the interns will act as mediators, overseeing the viewing of two exhibitions while also supporting a whole group of students. The goal is to create memories of the encounters and bonds created through the exhibitions viewed and the experiences gained as participants during these sessions.
