Resumen
The public and private organizations that give sports service and products they are under market dynamics, legal requirements, and customer’s demand; that force the organizations to create and put into execution organizational management systems for the continuous improvement. In consequence, the “KAIZEN” in the administrative processes let reaches to effective levels of competitiveness with other organizations and implement the innovation like an exercise of self-development of organization. In this sense, its important to know how the sports arena areas had been at the fore front of the organizational changes, of how we can apply different management tools like a strategy of continuous improvement for the transmission of information from the beginning with the coordinators that are in the administrative headquarters until the managers in each arena,
