Abstract

This project proposes the implementation of a customized dashboard system to improve decision making and data analysis at consorcio nogac, with the objective of increasing efficiency and reducing cost overruns and delays in its projects. Currently, the organization faces difficulties in strategic planning due to the lack of adequate tools and the manual generation of reports in spreadsheets. The new dashboard will allow the visualization of relevant data in real time, facilitating the monitoring of projects, the identification of areas for improvement and decision making based on accurate and updated information. This solution is tailored to the specific needs of the consortium, seeking to optimize resources and improve overall productivity.
