Resumen
This research aims to identify and characterize significant educational experiences and practices according to agreement 125 of 2004, by which the Chair of Human Rights, Duties and Guarantees and Pedagogy of Reconciliation is created, where pedagogical proposals are being developed to promote a culture of human rights that enable the strengthening of the subject, making them aware of their rights enshrined in the Political Constitution of Colombia and the General Law of Education and where it is also evident to what extent pedagogical-educational practices have led to the construction of culture of Human Rights in the city. This chair is regulated and implemented by Decree 024 of 2005, focused on the so-called populations of special protection: population in a situation of displacement, Afro-descendants, indigenous people, ROM, gender, women and LGBTI, boys, girls, youth and population with educational needs. specials - NEEs.
