Aplicación de zonas homogéneas geoeconómicas en la generación de valores de referencia para la concesión Autopistas del Río Grande corredor vial Sabana de Torres - Curumaní año 2023

Abstract

The progress of the country leads to the improvement of the road infrastructure, thus achieving the optimization of travel times, which brings significant benefits in the social, environmental, economic and productive areas. In this context, the Colombian government has adopted the Public-Private Partnerships modality for the construction and progressive improvement of its road network. The execution of these projects requires exhaustive studies of the affected areas, and within the framework of this internship, the analysis and elaboration of the Physical Homogeneous Zones (ZHF) and Geoeconomic Zones (ZHG) was carried out. These zones provide reference values for the land areas that will be intervened during the development of the road project. The elaboration of the Physical and Geoeconomic Homogeneous Zones is fundamental in road infrastructure projects, since it makes it possible to make budget projections in terms of land management, allowing to evaluate the financial viability of the project in question.
