Abstract

The business plan is presented in order to create a producer and marketer of a food supplement based on quinoa flour, oats and guayaba, called QUINOAYABA in Suba, considering the current market trend for natural products and nutritious . In the structure of the plan points that evaluate the market will find, how to operate as the company and its organizational form, you can also view the financial area in order to assess the feasibility of the project. As for the feasibility level product tastings with their respective survey was conducted, these were tabulated (see Annex I) were analyzed showing a taste for the product and market segmentation creating the consumer profile.
