Análisis de planes de manejo de parques nacionales naturales, conforme a la normatividad nacional vigente (estudio de caso del Parque Nacional Natural De Sumapaz)

Abstract

The correct formulation of the management plans of National Natural Parks represents one of the most important stages of this environmental planning tool the present research seeks to determine the coherence of the management plans formulated in the years 2005 and updated in 2013 of the national park Natural Sumapaz evaluating them according to the policies and guidelines established in the national environmental regulations for protected areas and natural national parks. A review of the environmental policies and the applicable guidelines was made to define the characteristics that should establish the baseline, management and action measures for the conservation of protected areas in the category of Natural National Parks to compare their articulation within The plans of 2005 and 2013 of the national natural park Sumapaz. Based on the comparison made, a guideline type proposal was formulated to develop an adequate formulation of management plans that allows to contribute to the strengthening of the public policies and the planning instruments of National Natural Parks in order to improve the action plans that must Be guarantors of the conservation and sustainable use of these areas.
