Estudio del Valor del Suelo Rural Agropecuario para el Año 2017 del Municipio de Chía, Cundinamarca

Abstract

The rural area of ​​Bogotá D.C Savanna, particularly the municipality of Chia has presented a development with little planning and contrary to the pattern of occupation of the territory stipulated in the higher standards as it is the Organic Law of Land Management. On the other hand, in this municipality it is evident that parcels and large-scale real estate projects are being developed in areas with an agricultural destination and a protective forest reserve. This document constitutes the Study of the Value of the rural agricultural land of the municipality of Chía - Cundinamarca for the year 2017, which, aims to determine the behavior of the land with said destination, given the real estate dynamics that has been presented in recent years which goes hand in hand with the basic instruments for the planning and municipal planning process, which in the particular case is the Territorial Zoning Plan - POT of the municipality regulated under Agreement 100 of 2016. Therefore, it will be taken as a basis the Physical Homogeneous Zones (ZHF) and the Homogeneous Earth Areas (AHT) of which the Relief and Potential Value were reviewed; additionally the mapping of the POT of the municipality.
