Proctek SAS is a company whose main clients are companies in the sector Oíl & Gas, which provides automation services for the processes carried out in its operation, which are deployed through project contracts; Due to the crisis presented by the oil sector has been in need of expanding its portfolio, so it has the opportunity to carry out a project with PepsiCo company for the headquarters in Ecuador. This opportunity allows the company to enter a new sector as it is, the manufacturing sector, which is why it has decided to generate strong project management to fit this new line of business. The company currently has a defined model to handle Oíl & Gas projects, so it is important to apply this model of monitoring and control planning for projects that are executed in the manufacturing sector, all based on the guidelines of PROJECT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE (PMI), in terms of project management in the three areas of knowledge (scope of time and cost), in addition to this ensures that all documentation obtained in the execution of the project meets the standards of ISO 9001: 2008 .
