Resumen
The analysis of the application of instruments for the evaluation of the indirect ecosystem service associated with carbon, called environmental wellbeing due to the production of oxygen, is of vital importance for Environmental Entities, Educational Institutions and people in general. This research was carried out in the city of Bogotá D.C., in the Tercer Milenio, Country and Simón Bolívar parks, in order to determine and analyze the ecosystem services and benefits that these green areas provide to Bogotá residents and visitors. The information was collected through the application of the data collection technique, a survey was carried out directed to a total of 1260 people between visitors and residents near the study areas, 407 were carried out within the Tercer Milenio park, 407 in the Simón Bolívar and finally 446 in the Country Park. Among the most relevant findings of the research is the positive response of most people regarding the benefits in physical and mental health, and the emotions with which most people identify themselves when they are in these areas are tranquility and joy, it was also determined that the activity with the highest demand in these parks is physical and people attend these areas every day from 2 to 3 times a week for the most part. The research support, within the framework of the internship, was carried out with the purpose of understanding and quantifying the environmental wellbeing generated by these parks, as well as to give a context and dimension to the ecosystemic services, within the environmental, cultural, health and wellbeing context, provided by these areas, thus seeking the care, use and conservation of the environmental resources within the city.
