dc.description	El presente documento hace énfasis en fortalecer el proceso de formación del estudiante de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, La guía de aprendizaje se encuentra centralizada en la Legislación en el Sector Ambiental, se detalla cómo está estructurada actualmente. Es un instrumento con el cual la comunidad académica de la U.D. obtiene una herramienta de fácil entendimiento, clara y comprensible. El derecho ambiental como lo define Andaluz “es el conjunto de normas y principios de acatamiento imperativo, elaborados con la finalidad de regular las conductas humanas para lograr entre las relaciones del hombre y el ambiente que pertenece, a fin de procurar un ambiente sano y el desarrollo sostenible” de esta forma es de vital importancia conocer el conjunto de leyes que componen cada sector en el cual un profesional determina ejercer su rol a la sociedad.	spa
