Innovation and continuous improvement is a latent need for the increase in the productivity of companies in any sector of the market, for which constant engineering efforts are required to be able to materialize the improvements and to be able to put them into practice in the day to day of the companies; This cannot be alien to the mass passenger transport sector, of which the present project is subject, promptly the company ETIB S.A.S, which is dedicated to the provision of the passenger transport service in the Bogotá city, and where through the implementation of an operational integration plan, it is intended to improve with the quality in the provision of the service and in turn Manager Transilenio S.A. The object of improvement seeks, through the implementation of different automated controls, to restructure the development of night-time fleet enlistment activities, allowing to renew the execution of assignment tasks and fleet dispatch on a daily basis, generating improvement both in the punctuality of the routes that provide the transport service, and in the increase in regularity throughout the day of operation, thus contributing proportionally to the increase in the company's income. The SITP scheme (Integrated Public Transport System) in the city of Bogotá, is organized through the Managing Entity, the company Transmilenio S.A., which through public bidding, assigned since 2010 and to date different operating contracts to private concessionaires for the exploitation of public transport; Currently, there are a total of 13 companies in charge of each of the areas of the city, for the coverage of area transportation and feeding the Transmilenio trunks that the Bogota Transportation System has. ETIB S.A.S, is one of the companies that have a contract with Transmilenio S.A., awarded for the provision of its services in the BOSA area, currently has 7 operating locations, where the different activities are carried out, both fleet maintenance, such as dispatch and daily operation; And it is there where the possibility of seeking the implementation of automated controls is generated that allows improving the development of logistics activities, necessary for the provision of the service and thus being able, through a dashboard, to help decision-making in real time for the dispatch of each one of the buses at the beginning and during the operation.
