Abstract

The design proposal for the energy efficiency program for the Faculty of Engineering of UDFJC was made based on the analysis of the results obtained from measurements of electrical variables, information supplied by the university, among others, is a model applicable to the others Faculties of the District University, its objective will be to show the current condition of the buildings in terms of consumption, lighting, expenses in electrical energy and to propose solutions to improve energy efficiency in the future; It also has the purpose of promoting the development and implementation of alternative energies, the contribution in care of the environment, the contribution to the fulfillment of the global goals that the national government has expressed in its national indicative plan (PROURE) for the tertiary sector, in addition to encourage the saving of electrical energy, which in turn leads to monetary savings in this regard.
