Resumen
This study focuses on the challenge of knowledge transfer in the software industry. The objective is to develop a synchronous knowledge management process integrated with the software development life cycle, following Nonaka and Takeuchi's model. By transferring tacit, implicit, and explicit knowledge within teams and organizations, the aim is to reduce project failure rates. The hypothesis is that addressing the complexity of knowledge transfer, coupled with the exponential growth of knowledge in software development, can mitigate software failures. The proposed process fosters knowledge exchange, recognizing the difficulty of transferring tacit knowledge and the need to manage the ever-increasing specialized knowledge. Ultimately, this study aims to create a knowledge-driven organization that effectively transfers knowledge, addressing the challenges outlined by Friedrich L. Bauer in the software crisis.
