Resumen
Political education processes in schools should consist of providing spaces for students to experience the promises of democracy, with the firm idea that they corroborate the limits of our system of deliberation and participation, as well as the possibility of intervening in this. Seeing the process of shaping the school government as a space where the law is lived and the reason for it, manages to bring students closer to the dynamics of political participation, opening possibilities for students to be seen as an active political actor and part of the sovereign body of decisions in the school environment. In this way, this systematization of experience enables a broad analysis of what we do as teachers, at the same time that it also generates a theoretical floor for the approach of political education spaces based on our pedagogical practice.
