Resumen
This document sets out the factors that determine the technical, environmental and economic feasibility for the implementation of the technological reconversion project of the conventional system of public lighting to photovoltaic system and LED light, in the municipality of Guatavita, in the department of Cundinamarca; such as, the selection of the most optimal technology, based on the multicriteria analysis methodology of coring, the economic evaluation through the implementation of the method: Equivalent Uniform Cost (CUE), strategic planning for the future management of the project through the Integral Control Panel (CMI) for environmental management; as well as the approach of changing environmental quality due to the beneficial and negative impacts that its implementation may have, with the adaptation of the Battelle Columbus methodology; all of the above, within the framework of compliance with the comprehensive feasibility analysis of projects, and the requirements established in Law 1715 of 2014, for the integration of Non-Conventional Renewable Energy Sources (NCRES) such as photovoltaics to the National Energy System.
