Abstract

The company HBM TECHNOLOGIES has always stood out for offering innovative solutions according to the needs of the client or the companies to which it offers software services. The services offered by this company are the development of web pages, web applications and mobile applications. designed specifically to meet the unique needs of your company. In this context, they have been developing a School Management System application for several years, which has led them to incorporate, at the request of clients, a prototype of a robust access automation system that is integrated into the application that they have been developing for several years. During the internship at the HBM TECHNOLOGIES company, we identified several goals and challenges that we had to face and overcome in this process, which was to design and integrate the prototype attendance automation system with RFID technology to its School Management system; This automation system had the characteristic that it had to be a system that processed information in the shortest possible time, and that the cost of this prototype was a differential factor in the market that made it unique. Which was going to provide an innovative and scalable solution to the company. Faced with this challenge, with the skills and knowledge that we acquired throughout the training at the Francisco José de Caldas District University, we presented, integrated, developed and implemented an innovative solution that was going to optimize the process of collecting assistance information, in addition to provide an entire scalable system, which will become a pioneer in the following reforms and implementations that the company HBM TECHNOLOGIES wants to make to its School Management system. As a result, a prototype of an assistance automation system with RFID technology was developed, which is a robust, scalable system that will improve efficiency and implement new functions in the SIGEE application of the company HMB TECHNOLOGIES.
