Resumen
This process aimed to create an experimental screendance piece that synthesizes the learning outcomes and technical, investigative, and creative challenges encountered throughout the project. Using a literary narrative as a starting point, choreographic sequences were developed that adopt literary devices such as metaphors, anaphoras, and similes, translated into the language of movement. The discursive elements unfold through the use of a visual and sonic language that merges to evoke the flight of birds. This research emerges as an effort to capture the experience of collectively experimenting with movement in dialogue with elements from other artistic languages or disciplines. This pursuit took shape through the implementation of creative experimentation labs with a diverse team of collaborators, each with different ways of engaging with the body, movement, and arts education. From a theoretical perspective that questions or challenges creation methodologies and the possible interactions between disciplines, this work proposes an experimental methodological approach, both operationally and qualitatively. Data collection and result analysis focused on contributing to the interpretation of the conditions and manifestations of the creative act in spaces that foster epistemological and methodological implosions, and on how these tensions can generate new discourses that connect various artistic languages, revealing infinite forms of expression.
