Estudio de Factibilidad Técnica y Económica de un Sistema de Gestión Integral Basado en CRM para la Empresa AM Ltda.

Abstract

The main objective of this work is to perform the technical and economic feasibility analysis for the implementation of an integral management system based on CRM for the company AM Ltda. For this purpose the market analysis is developed; the demand of the sector and the internal demand, the development of the minimum technical requirements that the software tool for the company must have. In addition, the current regulations that threaten the development of the proposal and the financial viability and sensitivity analysis of the implementation are evaluated. The results obtained show a positive cash flow for the scenarios, for which the projected income for the first 5 years of the project is varied; Obtaining in the worst case an IRR of 11.17% (Without financing the initial investment) and the best case presents an IRR of 64.48% (Contemplating a credit for 50% of the value of the initial investment). It is intended to obtain an increase in sales of the company of 10% for the implementation of the system, and it is inferred that the project is feasible and some recommendations are made for the implementation of the system proposed.
