Sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para grupo comercial JIREHT S.A.S

Abstract

The present paper proposes the development of occupational health and safety management system ( hereinafter 'OHSMS') for the company "Grupo Comercial Jireth S.A.S" that fulfilled partially the minimum standards required in the resolution 0312 of 2019. In the first stage, the roadmap is set up starting at the initial diagnosis for identifying the priorities in safety and health at work, in order to carry out the necessary documentation asked on that resolution, comply with current regulations, and contribute positively to the organization in terms of risks and diseases prevention, contributing to improving the work environment, welfare and labor life quality of their workers. Finally, in the second stage, training is realized related to the general considerations of the "OHSMS" and some groups to support the management system.
