Abstract

Through the development of this work it is to formulate a proposal for improved system design operational management and logistics for the provision of maintenance service locative in HOMBRESOLO S.A. A legally constituted company belonging to this sector. This is proposed in order to implement various analysis methodologies operations , logistical , technological tools and process improvement , ultimately present a proposal that can contribute to the solution of the current situation , and serve as a basis for the formulation of new methods of operation in future similar schemes operation and under changing conditions as those offered by the Colombian economy.
