Abstract

The degree work seeks to demonstrate the impact that students have on specialization at personal, academic and work level in the course of the development of the study in present time and postgraduate, in order to identify what skills or abilities were acquired or developed during the training process, which mades possible the qualification and improvement of the professional and / or academic exercise, of the people who have been part of the Specialization in Human Development with Emphasis in Affective Processes and Creativity of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, of the promotions of 2009-1 to 2016-1.
